The last time the City Council conducted a strategic planning workshop (to establish goals and priorities for the city) was in January 2020, just before the COVID-19 pandemic. The attached document provides residents with an overall summary of projects, City Council input and consensus, activities taken within the two years and suggestions or staff notes.
