The City of Rolling Hills is a gated, residential community on the Palos Verdes Peninsula in Southern California. The community has just under 700 homes and covers an area of three square miles. All properties have at least one acre and all lots are zoned for keeping horses. The city is equestrian in nature and enjoys breathtaking views of the coastline, downtown Los Angeles, Catalina Island and pastoral canyons.
The entire community is on private property. There is no public property inside the city.
There are three gated entrances staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week accessible to guests by invitation only.
